Hurricane of rising gas, food prices, high bill electricity, failing financial security, global warming and political uncertainty and my gosh…all the nightly news.

Our clients keep sending us signals wanting more for less and I truly believe this is a window of opportunities for both manufacturers and retailers.  Clients after all, haven’t stop buying; they just want to make each purchase count.  I understand that the key is to maximize every moment of that consumer’s time.  Do not worries…Puerto Rico as other countries, is very strong in fashion customer experience and we are striving every moment of our days to keep up the pace as well.

With no further delay, we want to share last month observations.  Yes…Necklaces remain as the main accessory where bib necklaces, dirty diamond chokers, long ropes of pearls are the “It” got to have it. Label? Elle Accessories to mention one of many.  Did you remember the chandelier earrings?  Well we think they are going to be back…as well as the bold jeweled cuffs.  Label? Vinelli

Let’s talk about hair accessories for once….Peacock feathers hair clips…yes! Crystal clips as well as narrow pearl headbands too…Circles shape precious stones headbands.  Strong Label? JoomiNYC Stronger label? Erika Peña.

In our last event held at Rio Mar, we were able to identify our client’s choice and these were Pearl lariats…and headbands….well….big rings too.

In essence, the truth is, people still want to buy things to make themselves or others feel good, and accessories are a perfect way to do this.
