Return Policy

  1. Vinelli Emporio’s main value is to strive for excellence and every product is examined very in detail to assure that meets the high standards in quality.  Our number one priority is that you are completely satisfied with the quality of the jewelry you selected and our customer service.  We do accept returns and all returns are subject to approval by Vinelli Emporio.  Vinelli Emporio is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. Vinelli Emporio only accepts returns if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer.
  2. No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must obtain RA # within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please call 1-800 or email us at custserv@vinelliemporio.com.
  3. Once you receive RA #, returns must be made within 12 days. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and loss/ damage of return shipments (if any) on returned items. For your protection, Vinelli Emporio strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
  4. All returns must be made within 10 days with a copy of the original invoice. All returned items must be 100 percent complete in original boxes and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards (if any) and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  5. Authorized returns are accepted for store credits or exchange only. Copy of your Invoice # must be enclosed in the Return/Exchange Package.
  6. We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.
  7. Only returns of merchandise purchased online can be returned to www.vinelliemporio.com. All merchandise purchased at a physical location must be brought back to that store.
